Need Help for Heavily Modded Skyrim Crashes

Hello, I've some problems with my Heavily Modded Skyrim right now, currently i have 217 plugins running, i've used Load CTD Fixes and Crash Fixes but i doesn't help with fixing the problem, maybe some Experts here could help me with my problems here? Below is my Mod that i used which i've noted it on Notepad.

a mod list is irrelevant , it doesn't really help us help you at all

you need to post your load order , so we can actually see which plugins you have

as an example , your mod list can say that you are using a specific mod

but in your load order , maybe we'll find that you are using two conflicting plugins from the same mod , or a plugin that requires another mod you don't have

so if you could provide the load order , it might help us help you

I looked through the load order , but I can't really find anything too terrible (although you do have plugins that probably require masters , though they are loaded before the masters)

so I would go through the plugins one by one , and make sure they are loading in the correct order (LOOT is by no means a perfect tool , so you should always do so even after using it) . also , check the mods you have installed , to see if they recommend a specific load order , as these don't always coincide with what LOOT is doing , and you should always listen to what a mod author says regarding their own mods

 

other than that , you really didn't explain what the actual problem is

I know it's crashing , but not the frequency of crashes , how long can you play before it crashes , does it happen in specific locations or while doing something specific

what is the size of your save files? how long have you been playing the game with this mod setup? when have the troubles began?

Crashes itself has no patterns though, sometimes it didn't show up at all after 2-6 hours of plays, sometimes it the crashes happens when i rode a horse around Riverwood - Whiterun - The Pale Holds and entering vicinity of big cities (Solitude, Windhelm, Riften, Markarth, Whiterun) .. i've been playing with these mods for a month now, i still never figure it out how to fix this, tried to looking at a crash Log but no clues
