Help me to find the mod please

I am looking for the mod which will make levelling harder, I am using PISE, but i am not sure that it makes harder levelling in skills, for example i would love to do 50 hits instead of 10 to have level in one-handed, or am i wrong and PISE helps enough?

I am playing on master level and already lvl 56 with blocking 100 one handed 95 and so on and i just finished only thieves quest line and 80% of main well and many of others of course but still didn't 90% of quests and already many of my skills over 90.

Please help :)
