Vortex Reports '1 active mod' in Dashboard - No mods or plugins enabled (SSE)

Does anyone know why Vortex would report '1 mod active' with no mods or plugins enabled (Skyrim Special Edition)?

Testing a bit further, I left Vortex intact and reinstalled SSE (via Steam).

 

The Vortex dashboard continues to report '1 Mod Active'

 

Am I just daft?
