suggestions for up to date mods that overhaul the game

so i've spent a painstaking number of hours trying to get nvamp and it's associated mods to work, and i've come to the conclusion that this stuff is all insanely outdated and for whatever reason I won't be able to get it to run properly. So my question is what are the current up to date mods out there that overhaul the game in a similar fashion?

CASE with its LLO mod and craft pack are a pretty good overhaul if I do say so myself... Basically alters all the item distribution to NPC's and gives 290 new ammo types to vendors and NPC's alike, as well as allowing advanced crafting with over 1200 new recipes.

 

I also have a mod called HTRP (Hard type Rebalance Pack) that makes a lot of other minor game play changes.

Which visual mods do you use? I've seen a few retextures but I'm not sure which is "best"

Personally, forget nVamp and use FOOK (core only), NVEC (essentials only) and Project Nevada (core only), and Mission Mojave.

I use NVEC bug fixes but the essentials plugin has a lot of things I don't want, and I get very frequent ctd with it.
