Need Assistance for coding an item

Something like this

if the player wear's all pieces of they armor they get this Buff/curse almost like how Umaril's Bane
when they remove 1 piece of the armor the buff/curse will be lifted until they reapply it

 

here is how i want it to look like

 

If player has equipped all items on list "Look Below for list"
Boots, Cuirass, Greaves, Gauntlets, Shield, Left Ring, Right Ring, Hood
Give spell

when player removes 1 of the items on this list
;Boots, Cuirass, Greaves, Gauntlets, Shield, Left Ring, Right Ring, Hood
Remove given spell
