HDT High Heels Hovering

I got the HDT High Heels System mod, and whenever I set a custom height, I get this:

 

 

I also have the HDT High Heeled Boots mod, and when I leave it normal, the heels clip through the floor.

I'm not sure what's going on here, can anyone help me? Any help is appreciated.
