CTD when adding houses

I have 67 mods

 

everytime I go to add a new house mod the game crashes as soon as I load my game....and when I go to start a new one it just freezes. I remove the house mod and then I can play crash free just fine. I have 9 housing mods. Now to troubleshoot I went on ahead and downloaded a weapons pack to see if it would crash my game but nope, it's just fine and the newly downloaded weapons showed up and work great. here is a list of my location/housing mods....

these mods work just fine and I can update them all I want but as soon as I download another housing mod thats not even related to these areas or even occupies the same worldspace I'll either A) load my game....it'll load....but then i go to the area where the mod is located and then it CTD's OR B) I'll load a game and it will CTD immediately....

 

here is every other mod I have not housing related and they are in there load order with the housing mods being near the top mostly except for ranger valley lodge and riverside lodge

dread knight weapons works just fine after failing with several housing mods....if there are any fixes or if oyu see conflicts please let me know :)
