Horse Animation Problem

Hey all,
I have been having a problem with my horse animations lately. Every time when I'm riding a horse, all is well until I turn, then the horses legs go freaking 100mpf (speed itself doesnt change however from vanilla.) I cannot figure out what is causing it, it happens with both vanilla and modded animations. Help?
Horse mods:
Revamped Horse: Animations only
Convienient Horses
Aeonbarr
Zira Skyrim Horse base
Horses Gone Wild

Animation mods:
FNIS (run every time a new animation is added or removed)
Lifelike idle animation
PCA
Dance of Death
Xp32 skeleton and skeleton extended

 

Also: Now Aeonbarr won't go faster than a fast trot when the toggle is all the way forward.
