To be honest, I'm quite surprised no one has modded this into Fallout 4 yet! It's the Shoulder Mounted Machine Gun (SMMG) from Fallout: New Vegas add-on Lonesome Road!!! This weapon is pure awesomeness! It might not happen anytime soon, but I do hope that one day, someone incorporates this beast of a weapon in FO4. I'm going spread the word amongst my friends, and you do yours xDD. This mod is like the final showdown for the ultimate weapon mod for fallout 4.
