Hoginator01 Posted April 20, 2012 Share Posted April 20, 2012 I started a new character, for some reason he is level zero. By increasing skill I can get the level up prompt as well as the perk points and attributes, but he remains level zero. So I now have a level zero character with several maxed out skills; perk trees; nearly 1,000 hit points. What is causing this bug, & how do I fix it?
