Caustyk
When you first buy a house, you gain the ability to then expand on that house, outfit it, clean it up, and so on. Now think of Assassin's Creed, you could buy shops throughout the city and gain the benefits of owning and upgrading those buildings, and further in the series, you had your own city to build up, and restore to glory. Is it possible to have something like this in Skyrim? Say, you start with a new player house, and after spending X amount of gold, you can then have some hunter move into a cabin, or maybe you want a trader there first, you would get to choose! Sorry if this has already been said, I tried searching but there are many pages...
Rennn
This is the closest I can think of. You may want to look on Youtube for a tutorial if you decide to use it, because there's a lot of stuff you can do, and it's not very user-friendly.http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=12683 You can build anywhere, but this mod gives you a flat space to work on with RTS.http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=12846 I can't vouch for the quality of either of those mods, but I know RTS was a very popular mod in Fallout 3, so it's probably well-made in Skyrim so far. LordAvernus
I remember loving how in Bloodmoon you got to build the town of Raven Rock. I'd like a similar thing for Skyrim, but with more complexity and whatnot. More choices than one of two shops, whether to kill or save everyone and where your mansion was going to be. Caustyk
Kudos Rennn, that mod works pretty well and will accomplish my intent well enough, I guess. Still hoping someone creates a mod that does it how I mentioned though, more streamlined, and more neat and orderly, I guess, hehe. LordAvernus, which game are you talking about, that sounds fun. GriffinPyros
Well, if you're still looking for something like that, I have been working on a mod that does something like that. It's more remenisant to the glory days of Suikoden 1 and 2. You collect companions and tell them to live in the newly apointed homes. It's still really alpha so there isn't any script support (ie. New companion added, new house built) like in the Suikoden games, but if you have My Home Is Your Home, you can apply them towhichever house you want. http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/37492/?tab=4&navtag=%2Fajax%2Fcomments%2F%3Fmod_id%3D37492%26page%3D1%26sort%3DDESC%26pid%3D0%26thread_id%3D1020859&pUp=
Riptide184
There's this mod of which I recently found on Nexus which seems to allow you to 'Build Your Own City'. Though, i am yet to test it and am searching for mods similar to this. http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/50097/?
