derbeni95
Hello guys :) Through all the time I have been playing RPGs, I always played paladins. My problem (and probably that of many others) with Skyrim is that there are so many cool quests that require you to act like a complete a**hole (like killing your companion or turning into a cannibal). I very much like the idea of Daedric quests, but most of them are designed for evil players. Only Meridia and Azura are options for a paladin. What I propose is a mod that adds "good" endings to the existing quests. Something similar to the Azura quest, where you could decide between two ways of completing the quest.Another solution for the dilemma would be to add quests for the Nine Divines. I would totally love it to do some really palain-like quests for Akatosh or Kynareth. I would totally endorse the mod, if someone was willing to do it. :) Edited April 20, 2012 by derbeni95
LordAvernus
Peryite is actually pretty paladin-like. You just aren't willing to accept how awesome being mutated so you can drink poison and spit acid is. Anyway there is some stuff for that already: Hircine's Quest, you can save the werewolf instead of killing him, earning you Hircine's respect in a different way.Namira's Quest, you can kill all the cannibals when they are about to eat the priest. The priest then gives you a gold reward.Vaermina's Quest, you can let Erandur destroy the Skull.Clavicus Vile's Quest, spare BarbasMehrunes Dagon's Quest, spare Silus Hell, the only Daedric Quest you need to be evil for are Boethiah's, Molag Bals and Mephalas. All the others are morally ambigious or let you choose good or evil endings. Still, Molag Bal's should've had an ending where instead of killing the priest of Boethiah, you helped him fully desecrate the shrine and destroy the Mace. Pentigan
In fact, the only way to get the actual Daedric artifact for Clavicus Vile's quest is to spare Barbas. Shegorath's one is actually good-aligned too, you're helping to cure Pelegius III of his madness (albeit after he's already dead)
Saratje
Hell, the only Daedric Quest you need to be evil for are Boethiah's, Molag Bals and Mephalas. All the others are morally ambigious or let you choose good or evil endings. Still, Molag Bal's should've had an ending where instead of killing the priest of Boethiah, you helped him fully desecrate the shrine and destroy the Mace. And you can even throw Mephalas blade into the sea and forget about it. I think the 'official' quest concludes the moment you pick up the blade. But, some ideas for the 'evil' Daedric quests: Boethiah: Kill her worshippers and wreck her shrine. The quest ends abrubtly, Boethiah 'respects' your courage but promises your final day will come, and when it does she'll have her revenge. Hermaeus Mora: Tell Septimus Signus that he should let you explore if the area is safe. When finding the book, destroy it. Septimus will give his insights into reading the Elder Scrolls by giving you back the Lexicon cube, which raises all skills with +1 (instead of the book's +5 to one area). Mephala: You can destroy the Ebony Blade. Presumably at the Skyforge after it has been renewed post-Kodlaks cremation. Molag Bal: Desecrate his shrine to the point that his influences or reach from that shrine is null. You are 'rewarded' the rusted mace, which you can enchant yourself. Peryite: You can help cure the poor souls at Bthardamz with the help of a priest or priestess.
