[Mod Request] if it doesn't already exist

Could someone please make or refer me to mods that will make the game alot more challenging than already is, by features like:

 

-make enemies tougher, smarter

-reduce xp gained (to force players to do more quests etc.)

-reduce money gained overall (to force players to explore more)

 

Not to out level by the end of the game.

Ok upon some browsing I have come across several mods that cover basically all that I mentioned plus more. Surprising that such mods already exist.

Adjusted prices for URO
