essential npc's die for me

So I'm doing the thieves guild quest and I'm at the part where you go after mercer frey with karliah and brynjolff. Well Brynjolf keeps dying and after resurrecting him he wont sneak when I do, like he's sort of broken. I decided to try leaving him dead and continuing to Mercer. When I enter the area that Mercer is in Karliah and Brynjolf's dead body teleport in with me and nothing happens. No one talks to Mercer, even after I resurrect Brynjolf. I'm stuck there not being able to move and Mercer Frey just kind of walks away like he's leaving instead of collecting the eyes of the falmer from the statue like he should be when you enter. I used to have No essential npc's back when I was in Snowveil sanctum with Mercer. He ended up dying so I resurrected him. Later I deleted the mod and kept going with the quest. I'm not sure if maybe resurrecting Mercer broke him somehow or not because he acted just fine at the part where you find Karliah and he stabs you (I should mention that those saves have been deleted so I can't go back, if it is a corrupted file) I also don't know if it's related to my load order, and I cant seem to copy it here.

Your save is corrupted for good, you should never disable essential NPCs immortality if you are planning a serious playthrough; when you resurrect an NPC their AI may bug out or break; to fix the problem use the console to progress the quest and continue.

Using the console to progress the quest will probably just leave those isolated scrips in there and give you trouble down the road.

Your game is undoubtedly broken due to resurrecting Mercer and deleting the mod. Most likely the only way you are going to be able continue with that game is to go back to a save before Mercer was killed and play from there. Just hope you can play through without getting him killed.

There is usually a very good reason why certain NPCs are essential. Simple logic tells you that if they are made unessential and are killed you will break the quest they are involved in.

My advice would be to delete that mod and start a new game. This is probably not the only quest that you will break with that mod.
