Always "Cannot *wait/fast travel/etc.* enemies are nearby"

Alright so here's an interesting situation for you all to ponder on.

ÃÂ

I just finished up running through the mine section of "Dragon bridge South". It's a mod I downloaded god knows how long ago. In the midst of running through that mine and doing that whole quest, I noticed music wasn't playing at all anymore in the game. I alt+tabbed out and back in to discover that the Dragon boss music that plays when a Dragon is engaging wouldn't stop playing. I found a fix for that by going into the console and typing "removemusic MUSCombatBoss". So music is back to normal but in order to get the music to stay back to normal I had to fast travel to a couple cities to test. Every single time, I would get a notification saying that an enemy is nearby so I can't fast travel or wait.

ÃÂ

Eventually after moving a distance away I could fast travel. But I noticed it takes me progressively longer to get away from the "enemy" that seems to be stalking me every time I fast travel. After every fast travel I successfully execute, I have to go almost twice as far from the position I fast traveled to as I had to the last time I fast traveled.

ÃÂ

Now, I've walked to two entirely separate cities whic are a good distance away and I still cannot wait or fast travel. I was even ambushed by Vampires in white run (who were all killed) and I went through a battle all to still be told there are enemies nearby.

ÃÂ

I've used tdetect to disable AI detection, that doesn't work. I've tried detecting life with Alemaxia's Grace (spelling?) and that doesn't work. I thought, in my hunt for a music fix, that I found some mention of an esp file that may fix problems like this?

ÃÂ

I'm at my wits end. I love walking around the world of skyrim but I do need to fast travel on occassion and this is exceptionally bothersome to have to deal with. Even in the walls of whiterun this is a problem.

ÃÂ

Does anyone have a fix or ideas for a fix?

P.S. This is Original Skyrim with all DLC so basically Skyrim LE. NOT Skyrim SE.

UPDATE!!!: Okay so I think found the problem... My follower (Faendal) somehow managed to become aggressive toward me even though he was following me around? It seems to be unrelated to the music bug because I reloaded the save immediately after I fixed the music bug and he is no longer aggressive toward me.

So far everything seems okay, I will report back if thereâs a future issue. If I donât report back at all, assum this issue is fixed. (To fix the follower is aggressive bug, there are guides online if you google âFollower attacks immediatelyâ or something of the like)
