Fast Scrolling Text and Script.

Hi, I have no idea what I did but, When I go to speak with an NPC the text I want to use is shown, but the highlight just keeps scrolling up and down fast, its impossible to choose a response. When I press the Tilde, the mod text is scrolling as well. How do I disable the mod, I have the 'cheat' mod. I couldnt find anywhere how to turn it off with a button, so I took out the mods folder. But, it left the mod still in the game. I love the mod, and I definately need it, but if someone could explain to me how to use it a bit better, it would be greatly appreciated.
