So I just started a new play through and I have these triangular error signs all over. I thought maybe NV redesigned or fallout character overhaul was causing the issue. I then uninstalled them nothing changed. I would really appreciate any help I can get here is my load order.

welcome to the world of missing meshes ;)

so either you've installed the mods incorrectly , so that their meshes are missing

or maybe you just haven't set up ArchiveInvalidation

this could be due to several reasons

but the issue is missing meshes , so you just need to understand what you did wrong , and fix it

  • 2 weeks later...

i had an issue where the triangle was missing for some time, a corrupted mesh i then reverified files and still diddent fix, i found extracting the missing files (or all of them if you don't lknow what the culprate is) should fix it but if you have custom skins installed that dont requre ESP file it will get lost and have to reinstall that mod.

Extracting files should not be necessary. "ArchiveInvalidation" deals with that. It's included in all the current commonly used "mod managers" (Please see 'ArchiveInvalidation (by Manager)' section in the wiki "Fallout NV Mod Conflict Troubleshooting" guide.) Just toggle-off-and-on-again every time you add or remove a plugin that uses it's own mesh or texture files.

(Which is in the solutions posted just before your post.)
