LE Mod that Increases Enemy Spellcaster Damage?

Does anyone happen to know if there is a mod that increases the damage of enemy spellcasters (warlocks, necromancers, fire mages etc.)?

 

I remember seeing one about 3 weeks ago, but I have spent the whole day searching for it today, and I could not find any.

 

I know there are intense difficulty mods that modify damage across all creatures, but I am specifically looking out for only enemy spellcasters, because at level 50 or more, enemy spells simply no longer hit as hard, and that casters are merely just a nuisance.
