I downloaded SKSE64 two days ago, since there are some mods need SkyUI etc. but since yesterday afternoon skse64 does not work anymore, because I supposedly have a newer version, who can tell me more about what? have all mods disabled does not work anymore. can only start normally without skse64.

from what I understand , Skyrim got a new update

this means that SKSE64 needs to be updated to work with the new update (and depending on what the update has done , maybe some mods will require updates as well)

it's a common issue , and has happened several times over the past few months , so it's best you get used to the idea (especially if they continue releasing updates)

from what I've seen , these updates haven't broken anything in a long while

so it usually just takes a little while for SKSE64 to get updated

hopefully a day or two after the update launches SKSE64 will be fully up to date (just check the SKSE64 download site from time to time , you should see the new version when it's up)
