Need Help Changing from an Item from "Ammo" to "Armor"

**Need Help Changing an Item from "Ammo" to "Armor"**- Pardon the big typo in the subject line. :(

 

 

A mod I'm using in my game has wings that (for whatever reason) show up as ammo- these wings use the quiver/arrow slot and if you use your bow with these equipped- they 'fire' as an invisible arrow and completely vanish.

 

I really want to use them, but it's problematic since archery is my choice weapon.

 

How can I change these to armor, as they should be?
