Random Crashes/Texture Dont Load

Hello there! My game has been CTD randomly...no error messages...nothing. I do not understand what is causing them. Also textures will not load sometimes, like at helgen when starting a new game the horses would just fly crazily off an unopened gate crashing my game.

 

So here is a list of my mods that i checked with BOSS. I would appreciate if anyone could point out any mods that could be conflicting or crashing my game.
