LE Magic Casting like Oblivion

Because in skyrim you need to equip a spell in one of your hands it's not as comfortable as in oblivion because it was pressing a button and cast magic, and you cant use one button to cast two spells so... Can you make a mod that let you use spells even if you have weapons equiped? It could work in this way:

 

You can equip Weapons and Magic at the same time (they are in different menus so you can do a thing that it doesnt remove the weapon if you equip a spell in your left/right hand and viceversa)

now you have 2 hotkeys, one swaps your weapons and your magic, and with the other you need to hold the key and then you left click or right click to do the cast spell animation and cast the spell (like you didnt have weapons equiped) and then return your weapons back. If you want to only see the spells you only need to remove the weapons manually, because with this mod if you have weapons equiped you will always see the weapon when you draw the weapon.

With this mod is like you have 4 arms, 2 for weapons and 2 for spells, but the last 2 arms are hidden and you can only use them if you hold a key and click, if not you will use your weapon/shield, but if you dont have any weapon equiped then its like vanilla, you will see your spells in your hands and click to use them like normal.

as for quick change (press 1,2,3,4,5,6) if you change weapon you will see how you change it, but if its a spell and you have a weapon out you wont see the change spell animation but it will make a sound

I think this will be really good for sword-mages.

 

maybe even if you know how make a 3 hotkey for long range (bow and crossbow), so you normal use weapons, a hotkey for spells and another hotkey for long range.

 

if I knew how I would do it myself since it seems like a good idea, but I dont so i hope someone see this and make it.

How about this:

Create a Lesser Power which allows you to assign spells to it. Casting this Lesser Power casts the assigned spell, just like in Oblivion. The only complicated part would be the UI method for assigning spells to this Lesser Power. Otherwise, proof of concept should be a breeze.

Thats not exactly what I have in mind but it can work, but instead of a lesser power another thing, I really want to be able to cast the spell and shout/power at the same time (not using the same button)

Battlemage and Spellsword are not the thing that i have in mind, i dont want to enchant a weapon to only have that spell

on the other hand Fast Cast is the closest thing that i imagined, what i tought is a better way to do the same thing the mod does, but it has what i wanted so thank you for sharing these mods!

also if someone stills wants to make my idea do it please
