Can I make Nexus don't show the mods I've downloaded/seen in the lists?

So, I remember back in my days I could just go back to the page I've finished browsing mods, and I used it to quickly skip through the mods I've already seen. This allowed me to keep browsing, for example, the most endorsed questt mods practically without seeing the same mod twice. But with the new design it is not an option anymore. So here is my question: is there any way to hide the mods I've seen? Or maybe some of you can suggest a way to browse the mods without having to go through the same ones over and over again? I would be grateful for advice.
