notsoninjaninja84 Posted April 7, 2018 Share Posted April 7, 2018 I installed Ordinator, Alt start - live another life, Imperious, and Apocalypse, all on 03/02/18, and this was the first time i ever used mods. Love the perks, new spells, new powers, etc. anyways i recently got the "Entice Barter" perk to help with inventory troubles/ making more money. i can't seem to get it to work, i can calm any npc, activate them and hit entice barter and it just resumes game as normal. I shut down my game, tried updating and reinstalling Ordinator, no luck. also i tried using the "laughing ghost" power, that you can unlock upon hitting lvl 100 sneak, all it seems to do is stagger opponents, does not teleport me, doesn't even hit the opponent for any damage. I tried looking around for a fix, couldn't find anything. Worth mentioning that all me passive's seem to work, my illusion spells last longer, hit higher power targets, all that jazz, but i cannot for the life of me get my powers to work correctly.
