T-Posing When Using VATS/Going ThirdPerosn

Whenever I go into third person my character t-poses and I can't walk, however I CAN run. Also, whenever I use VATS, my character t-poses and won't shoot, so it's now affecting gameplay. I attempted to attach screenshots, but the files are apparently too big. I'm new to this forum as I've usually been able to find answers to my problems on previous posts, this is the first time where I've had an issue that I can't find anywhere, so I apologize if I'm doing this wrong in some way.
