MangoSeed Posted April 22, 2012 Posted April 22, 2012 I got Skyrim (Brand new) for christmas, and I only recently gave it a go, and I have so many problems with it.Nine times out of ten the game will freeze five minutes in, so badly that I have to restart my xbox to get anything to work again.When I do actually manage to get some gameplay in, a lot of the objects are a solid purple colour, including my character's head. On top of this, whenever I try to talk to an npc it skips past all the diologue in a few seconds, so I never have any idea what is going on. Plus, I've tried to start a side quest, it took ages for the game to realise I was trying to interact with someone, and when it did, it didn't tell me what to do.I've tried to install the game, but it gets to 17% completed, and tells me that the disk is scratched or dirty. I've checked, it really isn't. It still looks factory fresh.Can anyone help me, because otherwise this has been a serious waste of money!Thanks.
RitualBlack Posted April 22, 2012 Posted April 22, 2012 This is more so for PC Skyrim technical support. If you Skyrim CD is damaged I suggest you return it, as there isn't much else you can do. If you are getting those problems the CD has to be damaged.
totalwarman Posted April 22, 2012 Posted April 22, 2012 That's the reason why people use consoles,not having hardware problems, in this case is the opposit,must be,if this only happens to this game, a disk problem. Just ask for replacement or refund.
