Dragonius Tower-like stairs

Hey,

 

I am creating a Dwemer Ruin, and saw some stairs I really liked on youtube in Dragonius Tower.

 

They are found in this video:

at 1min 39 secs

 

I was wondering, in creation kit, how can I find those stairs and use them in my dwemer ruin. I don't think i need permission, as it is just stairs that you can find in CK, I assume.

 

Also, just as an extra, when you enter, there is just a floor, but when you press a button the floor gives way, and the stairs form one step at a time, going down - like in harry potter :P

How can I achieve this in CK / Papyrus.
