Problem with Clan Raelu

So I have M.O.E and I have the Clan Raelu mod installed. I got the note in my sleep to come visit the place where they hide and the key I need to get in. So I go to find this place and I enter it. But all the vampires attack me even though I got the letter that basically says 'whattup vampire, come join our super secret fun club".

 

Has anyone else experienced this?

 

I googled the hell out of this and I couldn't find anything on it.

 

I have an inkling suspicion that maybe I need to be a vanilla vampire? I use the vampire overhaul mod. I have a ring from the TDAS pyramid head mod that mimics the vanilla vampire effects. I'll just equip that and see what happens.

If I know anything about this, I should be right.

 

The mod should check if you're a vampire (Ie, a variable of something like Player.isvampire should read 'yes'). Any vampire overhaul mod will still make this variable say 'yes', so I doubt the problem is at the overhaul. I doubt the ring will help.

 

I'm guessing there is something either wrong with the methods you used to become a vampire (did you get it through natural means?) or the clan raelu mod.

 

 

As a wild stab in the dark, since I don't know the Raelu mod, do you have OBSE installed? I can't be certain (In fact, I'm very unsure) but it seems a reasonable guess.
