LE For all 3D Skyrim modders

MODDERS OF SKYRIM, HEAR ME!

 

I made this topic in hope to be heard, wake interest and get the players of Skyrim's support. I wish to request two mods I know a lot of people will find to be one of the best armor mods they could get, these 3 mod requests are from two games named Demon's Souls and Dark Souls.

 

I find these 3 specific armors so special not because of their apperance but the characters behind them which awakes interest to those who enjoyed Demon's Souls and Dark Souls to every moment played (and probably raged for endless deaths and invaders :psyduck: )

 

The first is the Elite Knight armor from Dark Souls (which I personly want the most really) It is the poster child for the entire Dark Souls game and worn by Oscar of Astora, the Elite Knight that sets you free and you promise to continue his quest upon his death. (or not if your a douche) It is based from the kind of Armour people used in real life under the medieval times and It's design is glorious and should have it's part in Skyim. And you gotta love how it completely hides your face in darkness behind the helmet visor :thumbsup:

The second armor is from one of my favorite NPC's of all time, the armor to the Warrior of the Sun Solaire of Astora. The reason I love this armor and character is because he is something for himself, he is ever kind and allways greets you as if you were an old friend. Even in dark times he laughs to you as if you were his old best friend even tho you just meet him, sadly he got no happy ending. In his search for his sun he slowly finds his goal foul and thinks he is just a laughing stock. This can end with either you taking his life when he falls to madness by a creature called Sunlight maggot which makes him think he completed his goal, or that you make sure the maggot is dead before he finds it which lets him live but remain in depression finding his goal and dream shattered.

 

Solaire is the kind of character you can summon to fight bosses and his armour is rather simple yet its charm in its style is kinda glorious and very unique in its design with the red feather on his iron bucket helmet.

The last request on my list is an armor with a very strange yet awesome style and same with the character. The armor is called the Dark Silver Armor and weilding by a man from Demon's Souls named Garl Vinland. The reason I wish for his armor is because of the design mainly, some might find it silly which I kinda can understand due to the helmet (even tho I personly think the helmet completes the armor) and it got a nice mix of blue clothes and its silver.

 

Garl Vinland however is a Noble that left everything behind to follow a Saint maiden called Astrea, he fights the player in Demon's Souls as you come to collect the demon soul Astrea possess. They refuse to give it up tho because Astrea is kinda a demon as she lost faith in God in that wicked swamp they hide themself in as she sold her soul to become an accendant of the Old one (a demonic Godlike being that wish to consume the world for all souls and uses demons to collect them for him)

 

It is a rather heartbreaking moment but as Garl says to the character when you face him "you abbandoned us long ago, what rights do you have?" they apparently knew each others or something. (feel free to correct me if I'm wrong)

 

PS: I had hard times finding a large picture on the Wiki of the armor :wallbash: so if anyone want to see more of Garl Vinland its just to search Demon's Souls Garl Vinland on google and you will see fan art and a lot more of him. He was a populare character among many Demon's Souls players.

If any of you beloved Skyrim modders find any of these armors interesting enough to make then please, feel free to post your comment so the others that read this can know we get some good armors on Skyrim that is not all the barley dressed female stuff. Because we had enough of that and need more awesome and good looking armors to use for both male and female and not something that looks like a stripper.
