Cant Upgrade Vanilla Armor

For some strange reason I can only upgrade armor that i spawn but if its normal armor it just wont show up at all. Sometimes even the modded armor doesnt show up.

anyone have this issue before? Heres my BOSS list if anyone can help me based on the mods I have a active I would be greatful forever. :biggrin:
