need help with save times fast

so basically I have no idea what's going on.

i have upgraded my pc so i decided to re install skyrim. (pc upgrade is fine, GTX 1060, i5-6600, msi bazooka B150M , 16 gb ram, 2 TB sshd) so the problem is not in my pc's hardware

 

i use mods yes, but not too much, like 45 or so.

 

i have INSANELY fast load times, almost instant

 

but when i save a game, it takes a CRIPPLING long time. I mean like, 45 seconds - 2 minutes long and i have no idea why

 

 

my save file isn't bloated, it's only 12 mb, i have deleted all my old saves, and i'm out of options, playing the game like this is really hard.

Also, I've made a profile without mods because ,people said that would help, but it didn't :/

That's a script heavy order. You may have orphans in your save, which can remain even if you remove mods from that savegame.

 

Also curious why your Unofficial Patch is lower than Apachii hair. It should be immediately following the Update esm, the patch team has pretty strict recommendations for load order.
