Game Overhaul - Feudal Lords

I've been looking for a game like this for ages, so this is me giving a shot.

I propose a mod that COMPLETELY overhauls Skyrim, using just the game mecanics and the perharps the main map and a few castles.

Inspired by the medieval era and the Game of Thrones universe, the dragonborn is now a feudal lord, with his lands and a castle. Actually there are several feudal lords with lands and castles throughout the land, as many as possible.

You must manage your lands by hiring soldiers, fighting bandits and barbarians, finding good blacksmiths, having enough smallfolk for tending the farms and trying to aquire animals, such as cows and goats.

Your farms and herds produce food, that feed your soldiers and subject. You might have excessive food, that can be sold to another feudal lords, or you might lack food, which will force you to buy it from other lords, or raid villages. A part of your production goes to your overlord, and a part of your vassals production goes to you.

This all is just the boring part of the game. The good part is when you go to war, am i right?

Your overlord will call his bannermen, and you are one of them, and will fight your overlord's enemies. Fighting other lords and raiding their castles, getting their livestock and gold, and proving yourself and your soldiers and knights in battle.

You must also defend your lands from other lords, bandits and barbarians.

At some point your overlord's family will perish at the hands of another lord. A small civil war between you and other former vassals will occur, and you must win it in order to take your overlords place. The games gets more interesting. Now you will choose with whom you'll war with. At the end of the game, you must conquer the entire map by making other lords swear fealty to you, or crushing their family lines and replacing them by your loyal knights.

This is just the skeleton of the mod. I know some ways to use the CK to do some of it, but no entirelly. Thus I request someone to do it while I'll just help.

How to do it: This is just the scratch of how it goes in my head:

Environment change:

Editing the mainmap, removing caves adn dwemer ruinds and making the terrain plainer. Of course we will keep some mountains to add flavor and strategy, but the game needs more plains than moutains. Removing the useless cells, which is most of them. Divide the map into the lands of the lords, as many and as balanced as possible.

Each land must contain: A walled castle with doors that open and close (or that can be damaged, that would be best), with a yard, stable, blacksmith, a warehouse to keep food and a barracks. There must be only ONE way to enter, that is the gate.

Inside the castles there must be a hall with a table, two thrones, servants quarters, private quarters, a kitchen and a dungeon. There are tons of already existing cells than can be recycled.

In the lands there must be a place for large fields of growing crops, a place to put cattle, a village with a a couple houses, a warehouse to store food and inn, and an aditional way to make gold, such as a mine, a lumbermill or something like that.

[to make things interesting, some lands might have smaller fields and herds but with ways to make more money.]

Most NPCs to fill it will be generic (farmers, soldiers, blacksmith, bandits, barbarians, miners, inn keepers e.t.c.), exept perharps the knights, your family (oh yes, will must get married and have children. And you must marry another lords daughter, but thats not very hard to do in the CK) and other lords. There must be PLENTY about three times the number of lands of unique NPCs in the reserve, so you can have new knights, and to fill other lords role.

Anyway Lots of ideas of the mechanics of it. Most unique npcs will have the same script and will behave according to the their "faction rank" and disposition towards the player among other variables. That means a knight might become a lord, ally lord may become enemies and enemies may become friends. This also means it will be easy to make them: we only need to script one kind and makes tons of diferent appearences.

Different races may have different gameplays, perharps. Orcs are raiding lords, redguards are lords of money, elves produce food in forests, I dunno, initially I pictured they would be all mixed up or divided by zones. Well I gonna just stop.

Edit: I'll edit it everytime I find REALLY bad english (it's not my first language.)
