SSE Stronger atronachs and potent atronachs

atronachs feel underwhelming to me, since the Elemental Atronachs mod doesn't work properly in SSE, and there has never been too much difference between weaker and Potent atronachs. in the late game there's no reason not to summon dremora lords, but if atronachs were actually useful they would be so much more fun
