Before a month ago, Skyrim was running perfect and I had a level 19 character but I have done format to my pc. Now that I have it back I can't play with my character and I realized that the save file got corrupt. Anyway I started a new character everything was fine untill I installed a mod from workshop and it was keep crashing my skyrim I removed it and still it was crashing.. Also I messed with the savefiles again and the level 5 character got corrupted aswell. I reinstalled it 2 times now, clean install no mods but I keep getting crash to desktop at the beginning of the new game, when I am on the cagro with the Stormcloack and Ulfric. I crash when the Stormcloack starts talking to the Empire one. Please help anyone?

It sounds like your uninstall and reinstall didn't clear the problem or caused additional problems.

Go here and read how to uninstall Skyrim;

http://howto-uninstall.windowsuninstaller.org/how-to-uninstall-skyrim-skyrim-removal-guide/

http://uninstall-guides.specialuninstaller.com/uninstall-skyrim-remove-the-elder-scrolls-v-skyrim/

I'd also advise running CC Clean and clearing the registry.

Once it is uninstalled and the registry is cleaned, do a virus check and defrag the hard drive.

Then install Skyrim and see if this clears the problem.
