Area 51 pack missing textures and npc

So title says it all

 

 

 

Now I'm missing some npc monsters (those troglodite creatures) like in this video (you will see them as he enters a hangar)

 

 

well they look like this to me:

(yeah those red things should be monsters or something)

 

and also I cant continue becausse I am missing some textures from the base:
