It wasn't until I happend to find the old Skyrim mod, Contrasty that I was able to fix this problem in an acceptable way. I recon there are more people around here that doesn't like the snow that blinding? So here you have this mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/46445 Just remember to read the "Read me" note included in the zip file for the correct console command after the mod installation.
