SSE Glowing Detection Indicator

Hi there! I've been using SkyHUD and liked the idea of moving my detection meter away from the center of my screen. I found that since I'm also using SkyrimSouls for the game to not pause during menus, I often get caught when stealing from a chest because an NPC can spot me while I'm stealing. I like this, but without my detection indicator being in the middle I don't always notice when it flickers to being seen if someone is nearby. My remedy to this was to make the indicator dim when I'm not detected, making it not attract too much attention from me if I am hidden, but much brighter and perhaps a glowing effect to really make me aware that I've been spotted.

 

Originally I wanted to just handle this myself since it didn't seem like it would be too complicated to do myself, I had planned on putting a slightly transparent layer of white over the fully detected state. However, I cannot for the life of me find where skyrim stores the assets for display in the hud. My temporary way of dealing with it not being eye-catching enough was making the indicator nice and big, now I see it very often, but it would be nice if I could tone down the size and still notice it when I'm being seen.

 

I don't need it done for me if someone could also just point out a way for me to edit it myself, as long as it can still be compatible with SkyHud then whatever works. and as a bonus I would actually really like it if the detection indicator were always up even when not sneaking! (SkyHud doesn't seem to let me have it constantly up)

 

I was going to attach a screenshot of my SkyHud settings but the file was too big. Just let me know if it's needed and I'll convert it to JPG, should make the file smaller than the default png format.
