You are using the version 1.4.1 as it shown at your screenshot above.

My version is 1.4.2 and I'm not sure there wasn't changes in localization files

FOUND THE SOLUTION!!!

It wasn't the localization problem...

in savegame folder/attribute.xml

THIS goddamn value (g_language) was empty, a put "true" and boom... texts are back
