Edit spells

i was just trying to edit small things here and there.

Since dual striking seems OP to me i wanted to change cost upkeed and prerequisites. All things i find in the abi.gda

 

i tried to edit that file but nothing worked.

 

can someone help?

yes i'm using GDApp

I already did these things,even more deep,for Dragon Age 2 when i played that game

i moved talents from one tree to another.

Changing upkeep cost is just change that 50 to 70 but it doesn't work

 

i have already created a gda file to fasten atttack speed of 2h weapons. i changed the value on the delay and it works. but the changes on dual striking doesn't work

omg i found out the problem

it seems i can't rename the files,at least not full rename

I have to leave ABI_XXXXX.gda

 

Yep. You can append the file name, though IIRC there is a character limit for that.

 

And I'm not sure what the standards for moddiing DA2 are, but for DAO it is best to only include in the GDA the lines that have been edited, to minimise the likelihood of conflicts.

I've never seen a mod that removed or omitted columns from a GDA, for what that's worth.
