loreleileeFTW
Ok, so I know this gets asked a lot, but I couldn't find a solution. A few of my mods aren't working. Cheat works,but-Bow reticle-Unlimited weight (Extended Unlimited weight & stamina, is the one I'm trying to use)-Richer merchants(definitely don't work.) -More random events-No helmet vision(may work, haven't been playing long enough to tell, but id assume not) I have my mods folder where the .manifest file is, and data folder where the .pak file is.i.e. KCD/Mods/( specific mod folder) > Manifest file inside.+ KCD/Data > mod .pak file inside. So, the files are separated. I had this issue where I had ALL the files in data, including .manifest (I think this was for Cheat?) and it didn't work. So, I followed one suggestion, and it worked. So I followed suit for all of the mods, but for some reason Cheat is the only one that works. Using 1.4 version. Was originally using the one before 1.3. Mods don't work with either one. Is it because I'm not using the right update, and would it be better to use 1.3 version? Could that be a solution? Or did I just do something wrong. Any help would be huge! As I'm getting annoyed by Hans's cockiness and I really need to at least hit one thing with the bow! Thank you! AJStoner
I'm a mod maker and I have noticed that, in some seemibly random caes of late, individual modded files are simply not being implamented. It seemes to be a recent problem, at least on my end.
Linmor
the proper file structure for mods is: KCD\Mods\(modName)\*.manifestKCD\Mods\(modName)\Data\*.pak From your post it seems that your pak files are in the games Data folder and not the mod specific folder. All files within the named mod folder are optional, manifest files are not required, but the folder structure is.
