Ugly face

Hello,

 

If I come to you it is because I have a problem of face. My NPC man have a gray face. I solved part of the problem because when I disable "Males of skyrim" the faces are normal but they are no longer for my taste. I join you my loadorder, assuming you help me find the solution.
