Proudshire Manor Missing Textures!

I have absolutely no idea why, but for some reason all of a sudden, I have walls missing in Proudshire Manor in Solitude. It's not just in one place it's like in two places in the basement. I'll upload the shots so you can see what I mean.

 

Any and all help would definitely be welcomed.

When you don't see them as the screenshot above, save the game. Exit skyrim. Restart Skyrim and reload the save. Normally this gets them back. If not then it's a case of working out when they started to disappear and what mod you installed that might have caused it.

That's all been done, but I did get rid of the Dovahkin Hideout. a long time, but this never happened. Since this has happened, I have uninstalled, took everything off, and did a fresh install. Yet, this still has persisted. Mmmm

this can be also caused from some mod that add dungeons to the game (if you have any)
