First Person View issue: Hands, weapons, and torches disappearing

I'm having serious problems running the Extended Slider mod but I uninstalled that completely. I have the skin still even after uninstall and have had it for quite some time; I don't believe my toon's unnatural skin color has anything to do with this.

Trying to do some random trouble shooting. CBBE Sporty Muscle is not to blame. I just deleted those files and installed fresh CBBE files. CBBE standalone shows this error happening. This means the Tattoos are out as well.

 

It may be one of those mods.. but this seems more like a file issue instead of an esp issue.

It is indeed an esp problem. Unchecked every esp and my game's animations worked. Recycling them now.

UPDATE:

After 2 1/2 hours of troubleshooting, I found the conflicting esp. Sending it to the author now for the fix:

 

Dwemer Certified does not go with CBBE meshes and player in-game utilities.

 

Also

 

(WiS) IV Races and (WiS) IV Water Wars from the Wars of Skyrim mod conflict with Extender Sliders.
