Player scale in Power Armor

I was wondering if someone could make a mod that adjusts the player's (or npcs too if possible) scale when entering power armor?

The way that power armor morphs when a character who's height has been adjusted with setscale is pretty silly looking, it would be great if the actor's size was temporarily changed to 1 whilst in power armor, like the armor is morphing to their size inside without changing the outer shell.
