Very confusing game problem.

So I recently downloaded book of earache and went to install it. I did ask on the forums beforehand if it was compatible with my load order but after not getting a response I decided to do it anyways.

 

And at first it really worked great. The guns look fantastic and no texture problems. at first.

 

Then I went into the Bar at goodsprings. First time I went in there wasn't any problems. Everybody rendered just fine.

 

Second time I went in, on the exact same game ((meaning I didn't change my load order, remake my patch, or reload. was still playing on the same one from earlier)) I got the Red exclamation mark of newbness.

 

Not only that but there was a distinct purple haze over my screen that had come up out of the blue.

 

The only two items that might possibly conflict with these in book of earache are the Nevada skies mod, the mods associated with the directors chair, and Weapon Retexture project. Yet on none of their webpages do I find anything to suggest that There are any incompatibilities with BOE.

 

Also it seems rather strange for it to go from working perfectly one moment to such a profound number of errors the next.

 

Is there anyone who can suggest a possible explanation and solution? If my load order is needed I will be more than happy to post it.

You can run Mod checker (part of Wyre Flash NV) to check for conflicts. But post the entire load order and let us see what you got.
