Female NPC face bloating issue

I have been having this problem with modded female NPCs having their face bloated, it also happens to added female companions.

This is lydia, there is nothing wrong with the forehead, as if you look at the pic it is the same color as the body.

I am using Bijin mods and UUNP body.

You installed the right Skeleton, or your aktually Skeleton is compatible ?
