AGreatWeight
You don't need any of th entries in red:sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, TEXTURES\, MUSIC\, SOUND\, INTERFACE\, MESHES\, PROGRAMS\, MATERIALS\, LODSETTINGS\, VIS\, MISC\, SCRIPTS\, SHADERSFX\Those entries are no longer needed. As well as bEnableFileSelection=1 in the [Archive] section, you should also have bInvalidateOlderFiles=1 (this one is essential for a modded game)
bbiller
For texture issues: NMM is known for losing track of ba2 file links. These files usually have textures in them. To fix it: Find where NMM downloaded the archives for your mods, check inside those, if they have ba2 files, copy those files to the data folder of Fallout 4. I had the same problem and this solution fixed it for me

bbiller
First look in the setting NMM is using for Fallout 4 (click on the gear icon, click on the tab for Fallout 4, the three paths are there. They cover: Archive Storage (the zip and other archive types that have the files for the mods in them), Where to store the scripts for the mods with installers (those scripts are also in the archives, so I think those scripts that are stored hold your selection record), and lastly where to find Fallout 4). Now that you know where your mods archive files are stored, make sure you have 7Zip or IZArch installed on your computer, these programs will give you a few more options when making or dealing with compressed files. You will want to enable the showing of extensions for files, even when dealing with known file types. This is a Windows issue that has been around for quite a while. Find your folder options dialogue (a google search will tell you how to get to it if you don't know already), and once there, find the checked entry for hiding extensions for known file types and uncheck the box. Save the changes and now all files should show an extension (the three to four characters after the last period in the file name). Now if needed you can turn a text file into an ini file by just highlighting or selecting that file, press F2, and change the end txt to ini . Presto, one ini file good to go (very useful if you need to recreate Fallout4custom.ini). With the ability to see inside other archives besides zip files, you should now have associations for the other archive types you'll find where NMM tossed them all when you downloaded the mod through NMM. If you don't see the files associated with a program, going into the options for the archive program itself (7Zip or IZArch), will let you make those associations. Once done, any archive file you double click on should be opened by the archive program. From there, check through whats in the archive. You may have to navigate through some folders, as those with installers are set up differently than the rest, but you should be able to spot those ba2 files (whatever name.ba2 (those last three characters are key)). Once you find them, extract those files somewhere temporarily and then move them to the Fallout 4 data folder, or extract them directly to the Fallout 4 data folder (path is "location"\Fallout 4\Data\ . location is going to be the Steam storage location, or C:\Program Files\ .). However you get those files over there, make sure they are in that data folder. There may be some extra path folders added in (if so follow until you find the ba2 file, use the cut command, go back to the data folder and paste the file their, then delete the extra pathing (you'll know it from the archive structure it came from)), depending how you did the extraction. You can try to "drag and drop" the files where you want, but I prefer to specify, so as to avoid mistakes. With all that done try running the game through NMM, if your textures are back the problem is solved.
