Constant save corruption

Well as the title says, my saves are constantly becoming corrupted and I have to start a new game most of the time.

It's most likely a mod conflict but since sometimes the game loads fine and others just infinite loop->corrupt->CTD, it's hard to troubleshoot which mod(s) that are causing this annoying as hell problem.
