Skyrim CTD When Going Into World

[HIFFTY13]

Just like the titles says. Whenever I go out into Skyrim my game crashes. It was working perfectly fine earlier then I installed a few more mods and it started crashing, I ended up deleting those mods and it still kept happening so I'm not entirely sure what's causing it now. Also I disabled all of my mods through NMM to go through the normal game start, which worked perfectly fine so that just confused me even more. I'm 99% positive that all these mods are compatible with each other since I used them earlier today/yesterday.
