nopulse
Is there any way of replacing clothing of an NPC like for instance a barmaid, or merchant to wear a specific type of clothing? Say I wanted all high class woman to wear the Oriental clothing mod by neovinci, would all I have to do is make a folder called fineclothes1 under meshes and copy all the files in the mod file under meshes to that folder? Or is it more complicated than that? :(
TheDarkPrince
It is made differently but not so complicated, really! All you have to do is: 1) Get the meshes and textures in the right folders2) Create the Armor ADDONS in the CK using the models and textures (with Nifskope)3) Create the real armors in the Items\Armors sections of the CK Object Window4) Open the armor file you just created and on the bottom right you will have to add (manually or by choosing) the ADDONS you created previously5) Create an OUTFIT in the outfits section with the armors pieces you want to use (clothes aswell, ofc)6) Go, take your NPC, change his\her outfit to what you want.7) Done Glad if I helped a lil bit! By the way, if you are interested I am developing a mod (GOTHIC, The Colony - Valley of Mines) and you can find the link in my signature! I would be happy if you pass by and take a look at the video on the very first page! Cheers! OR HERE!! CLICK ME XD
nopulse
Thanks for the reply :) Very much appreciated. I wish I knew how to use the CK and Nifskope. Unfortunately, I don't know how to make clothing mods :P Is there a detailed tutorial on how to make clothing with both programs you described?
